Christmas Word Art

I can't believe Thanksgiving is SO close! Here are some Christmas projects to make you feel nice and rushed. ;) Behold...word art!
This one is lyrics from "Silent Night."

  I painted a canvas then filled in a stencil I made with the Cricut. The dove is a Cricut cutout that I Mod Podged to the canvas. I painted the edges of the canvas black, as well.


 This one was even easier. I swiped the quote from Pinterest and printed it out on thick card stock. Then I just Mod Podged the entire thing to a canvas.

 This isn't its forever home; only for picture's sake. :)
 
And of course, no craft is completed without my little helper. :)

  1. You did a great job on these. I like the first one, becuase it's a play on the "Be Calm.." pictures that I see all over blogland. The second one is something that even I could do. :)

I love the "all is calm all is bright..." if you think about it those two things are polar opposites from each other...most people think of bright lights as boisterous and when you want to be calm you turn down the lights...but that is just like God to use opposites for HIS glory. thanks for this this morning. and the boards look great!
